Granger and Co. is the creation of Australian restaurateur and celebrity chef, Bill Granger whose breakfast eggs are most known for. The place serves up incredibly interesting fusion food which are both fun exciting and pack amazing flavor. Read on below for some of the dishes explored from their Lunch and Dinner menu, each offering something different throughout the day and begging for a revisit! Which I must say I did a day after the other with re-reinforcements.

This place existence came about as a recommended joint, the place serves up some awesome eggs and ricotta cheese banana pancakes, which by the way are only served on their Breakfast and Lunch Menus. I was unfortunately 10mins past 5pm on the first day of arrival and could only try their dinner menu, but no-regrets! See review below dated 16May2016.

It was because their dessert was so good, that I came back again on the second day with a larger party. Even at 1330hrs the place was absolutely packed and we only got a seat at 1400hrs.
*The place as taken at 1400hrs on a Tuesday*
A must re-visit to try their other unique dishes and definitely the pavlova dessert!
Ordered On:
17May2016
Ricotta Hotcakes, Banana & Honeycomb butter -12pounds
*Divine. Light, fluffy cakes that definitely too much for one person to finish. Perfect as a main and even as a dessert. Best enjoyed hot. I think the ricotta gives that slight richness to the fluffy hotcakes.*
Prawn & Chilli Linguine garlic and rocket - 14.50pounds
*A little more garlic and salt seasoning would have gone a longer way. Not that spectacular in comparison to the rest of the dishes ordered but very well prepared. It could be that here, seasoning is optional and one adds to their personal tastes and satisfaction.*
Soft Shell Crab, chorizo and kimchi fried rice, poached egg 14.50pounds
*Really interesting. The kimchi isn't that spicy, but the use of short grain rice gave a nice textureal dimension that some may not be used to. The poached egg was a perfect accompaniment and the salty chorizo gave those lovely spicy and salt accents! Interesting fusion dish for sure!*
Broad Bean, mint, pistachio and goat's cheese tagliatelle - 13.50pounds
*The clear winner for the afternoon. Although it looks really simple, the way the flavors melded with one another was incredible! The mint accents weren't really picked up, but the avocado gave the light creaminess, whilst the ricotta brought accents and punctuations to the dish. The perfectly cooked tagliatelle was merely the vessel to pull along these flavors together. Everyone at the table agreeded that this was the order that took top spots in their stomachs.*
White Chocolate and pistachio pavlova,
passion fruit and yoghurt cream - 7.50pounds

Fed 4 Approximately 4pounds each
*The clear winner that drew myself back. A second order that everyone just loved!*
Peanut Brittle - 3pounds
*Don't bother. Nothing to scream about. In fact it wasn't finished. The caramel was sticking everywhere and it was way too sweet. *

Total Fed 4 18pounds each
Will definately return with others to try their other main dishes which all looked really good on menu too!
   Ordered On:
16May2016
Elderflower Cordial - 3.50Pounds
*If you never tired it you'd never know. Its a nice refreshing cordial with a little lemon and mint in a spritzer to elevate the simple drink. Its a really nice and refreshing. Screams spring time :D. So good that I went to purchase the cordial from the Supermart there after.*
Miso Aubergine, cirspy tofu and shiso - 7pounds
*One of the best vegetarian dishes I've had. The Aubergine was served cold with the delicately, freshly fried tofu. Must recreate. The saltiness from the miso really worked well with the 'creaminess' of the eggplant and accentuated with the crispy tofu! Amazing, but costly dish once converted.*
White Chocolate and pistachio pavlova passion fruit
and yogurt cream - 7.50pounds
*Amazing! I wasn't too sure about this order, cause I thought it'd be like a meringue, a little on the hard side. However, I was pleasantly mistaken. Its similar but different. The crusty exterior hides a pseudo crunchy interior which is a little soft, with pistachios. The sweet tartness from the passion fruit balanced with the creamy yogurt really worked well with the dish. Its really hard to explain but this was the dish that kept lingering in mind after leaving and convinced me if the orders were good, then their other dishes during their breakfast and lunch must be too!*
Fed 1 20Pounds inclusive of service tip charged to bill.
Though a little bit pricey if you were going for two dishes and maybe pushing the budget with drinks. The quality and creativity however is undeniable. Look to spend about 20-25pounds if sharing with others for a selection from appetizers, mains and drinks menu. I think its a well worth place to visit for quality and interesting good eats. I'd come back here for around the 20pounds range over Flat Iron and Burger and Lobster. At that same price range, one can try a three course lunch set meal at 1Michelin Stared Restaurant, Kitchen W8.

*Scrambled eggs are light and fluffy. Something different and prepared really well.*
*Ricotta with Banana pancakes. Absolutely amazing!*
"Usually the locals eat here. Their scramble egg and hot ricottaa are good. Go before 10am. If not you may have to queue. Its near Nothing hill station about 8min walk." - Dora
